Following the success of the strategic leadership course in May, CESS partnered with Felipe Torres (KCL) to offer a second incarnation of the strategic leadership course. This version brought members of the public sector from Chile to meet experts on leadership who provided insight into better management. Speakers such as Antonio Martin (Harvard University) and Diego Vicente (IE Business School) discussed their research on effective communication and negotiation strategies. The weeklong course involved a combination of lectures, case studies, and hands-on exercises that culminated in a closing ceremony (pictured above) recognizing each participant for their successful participation. Because of the high success of the course, CESS has begun organizing the program for its third instance in November 2019.
