Melanie joined the team at CESS September 2019 in the role of Administration Manager. She is responsible for supporting and co-ordinating day to day operations for CESS in cooperation with the CESS Director.

Prior to working at CESS Melanie was employed for 16 years as the Administrative Director for the Essex Summer School in Social Science Data Analysis and has also held varied roles which include Events Co-ordinator at the University of Essex and PE Teacher at Sayfol International School, Kuala Lumpur. She completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education Administration, Management and Leadership in 2019.
